Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: We do not ship outside of the US at this time.  Sorry. 

Q: What if I want to return my box because it his not what I expected? 
A: See our Return Policy info at the footer of the site. 

Q: Where is my order?  
A: Give us a call or shoot us an email at hello@thehandmadeholiday.com.

Q: When will my credit card be charged for my subscription?
A: If you choose the single box subscription/month to month your card will be charged between the 12th -14th of the month, the month of your quarterly subscription. 
You will be notified, via email, 48 hours prior to the quarterly charge being processed through your credit card. If you have chosen the multi-box subscription with the discounted pre-pay price, you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase. 

Q: Do I pay tax? 
A: You may be charged local sales tax or VAT, if applicable.

Q: Can I buy additional quantities of a certain item in the box. 
A: Absolutely! Yes, yes, yes!  Head to our SHOP OUR MAKERS link on the top header to visit each makers store! 

Q: What is in my box? 
A: Awesome stuff is the first answer. ;) Each box will contain 4-5 handmade items that reflect upcoming seasonal holidays. Each box includes an introduction to your makers, discount codes and staging tips for your new items. 

Q: Can I view all of the items prior to purchasing? 
A: Yes and no.  You can preview a few of the items on the main page of the website, but we like to keep a couple items to surprise you with. It's fun, trust us. 

Q: Can I customize my box? 
A: Not at this time. We will move towards more customization for future boxes and you will be notified of that.   

Q: What does the "Single Box Subscription (Cancel anytime.)" mean? 
A: You can pay quarter by quarter.  You will pay the per box price ($75) and be charged quarterly rather than the discounted pre-pay prices.  You can upgrade your plan at any time. 

Q: What if I purchased a prepaid subscription and I want to cancel?
A: If you purchased a prepaid subscription you will receive a 50% refund of the subscription price. You will continue to receive upcoming boxes (without further charge) until the non-refundable 50% subscription has been satisfied. 

Q: Is there a DIY element to this box? 
A: No, your handmade items come ready for display!
