Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy

Cancellation:
If you are not completely satisfied with The Handmade Holiday, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your quarterly payments at any time.

{If you purchased a prepaid subscription you will receive a 50% refund of your subscription price. You will continue to receive upcoming boxes (without further charge) until the non-refundable 50% subscription has been satisfied.} 

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to contact us prior to the renewal date on the 15th of the month, for the month prior to your next quarterly shipment. Email your cancellation request to hello@thehandmadeholiday.com. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation within 48 hours.  

Returns: 
The Handmade Holiday offers a 7 day return policy, no questions ask. After the 7 day discovery period, from the date of receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please contact hello@thehandmadeholiday.com for return instructions. Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: 
If you are waiting for a refund but have not received it yet, please contact us right away. No one likes to wait on their refund! 

Exchanges: 
We are happy to replace items if they are defective. Please contact hello@thehandmadeholiday.com for instructions.
